BSNL landline phone calls free For Dataone user

BSNL is saying they are giving 200 free calls to dataone users for three cycles,i am having my bills two mounth cycle.the free calls has started from september 1st and my bill of augest and setember will come on october so how will i get the 200 free calls for this cycle. like we are gating 50 calls per mounth free.
 
I get a monthly bill and in this bill (August) I was credited for 200 free calls more than the normal credit I get... add to that 100 free sms's per week, (roughly 400 per month).. now if I average 200 local sms (@ Re.1) and 200 national sms (@Rs.2) I get free sms worth Rs.600 per month.. add to that Rs.240 for the 200 free calls.. so I end up paying Rs.600 for value worth Rs.840 and in the bargain get 256kbps speed internet connection +1GB of daytime data transfer (unlimited between 2am and 8am).. not bad at all
