what happens with three phase connections? three devices? or i guess a different model with support for three phases? should just check their website i guess.

I had got my unit delivered a few days ago, but haven't got it installed yet. They don't provide paid installation in my area and my usual electrician hasn't arrived yet.

They also included a 4 core cable for the voltage measurement which is a nice touch 😅

@gopichandpai How's their mobile app? At present does it show the total real time power consumption?

Also, how much did you have to pay for installation, did you use their paid installation service?
 

Mobile app needs some UX improvements but it is not bad. Here are some screen shots

It would be nice to get the data and store it in Zabbix or something. I don't like relying on the apps. Wonder how open these devices are.

Unfortunately my unit was defective. Got an electrician to come today finally and he installed everything but the device failed to turn on. 😑



Contacted their support for help, and went through their suggestions. Well, there is nothing much in it to go wrong from a wiring perspective. 3 wires go through the holes, and separate V1,V2,V3 and neutral inputs. Basically just confirmed that all connections are in order but device still fails to power on. There's no sign of power, no wireless network created (for initial pairing).

The support person said they'd arrange a replacement and asked me to wait till tomorrow.
 
Yeah, but they claim it passed the test. They asked for the device id and told me that their system shows that the device with this id did pass their QC and had come online and pinged their servers. 🤷🏻‍♂️
