Act 4k Android Set top Box issue: Netflix and Prime video not working

Hi all,

Is anyone facing issue of Netflix and Amazon Prime Video not working on the Act 4k Android box?

On Netflix the app fails to launch with an UI 800 error.

On Amazon Prime Video, the app launches, but videos fail to play. No error code displayed though.

Any one facing and/or having overcome similar issues, please share.
