Is Amazon prime video subscription a one time benefit or it stays as long as customer is subscribed to an eligible plan?

I subscribed to ₹999 plan. I see that all other OTTs got subscribed except Amazon prime video. Earlier I had subscribed to ₹999 plan for one month in last December during which I got Amazon Prime subscription too, which lasted only for one month as expected. But now I’m not getting it. I see nothing in terms and conditions regarding this. Am I eligible for Amazon prime or there’s a hidden condition? Jio has advertised Amazon prime as if it’s part of the plan just like all other OTTs.

Have you follow these steps?

Try if these steps work-
Clear app data of my jio app
Reinstall my jio app and signin again
If these steps doesn't work then contact customer care because yes Amazon prime subscription is included in 999 plan and will active according to your validity.
 
@RealBinod Thanks I already sent an email to jio customer care. But I'm not sure if they'll bother replying. But I found out in t&c on website that Amazon benefit is only for one year, for renewal of Amazon Prime subscription, the customer needs to pay the full price of that.
 
So is your Amazon prime membership is activated right now?
Check amazon app for that and verify its validity from account section.
 
Yes bro I think now you can't avail this offer again. This t&c is mentioned in the link that you have shared earlier that-

This Offer provides Customer with 12 months of Amazon Prime Membership at no additional cost. During these 12 months, if a Customer unsubscribes or downgrades to ineligible JioFiber plan, the Offer will end with immediate effect. In this case the Customer will not be charged anything.

If a Customer wishes to continue and not unsubscribe, the Customer will be charged renewal fee at prevailing market rate of Amazon Prime Annual membership.
 
Anyone knows if after how much time after not recharging your Plan, the Amazon Prime Membership Ends?

My recharge date was 6th may but it has not been done yet. Kindly let me know if anyone has any idea? From past 2 days I am getting same message that my Prime will end if I dont do the Recharge today.
