Bharat Fiber Very Slow Speed

Hi,
I recently took Bharat Fiber connection, but it is very slow. Getting only around 2Mbps instead of 30Mbps. I was using Kerala Vision broadband connection over same fiber cable and modem before, which used to give me speed up to 92Mbps.
My optical Rx power is around -13dbm. Is it higher than expected ? I am using Netlink modem. I also tried another Huawei modem which is also giving similar speed.

Is it having an issue since install ? If both modems are giving similar speed and the RX power is fine , then its a mistake at BSNL`s end . They might have put Data speed cap wrong 🤷‍♂️

There can also be this possiblity . My ONT gives 2-5 Mbps when I select IPv4/IPv6 instead of the only IPv4 in WAN config . Idk why this happens but try that also once

Yes it is like that since the activation. Mine is in IPV4 mode only. BSNL says their configuration is correct and my session is connected in 30Mbps mode.

They told they will send someone for checking, but no one come till now.

I tried configuring in IPV6 mode, it got connected but looks like internet connection is not available. Or I might need to add some configuration to route through IPV6
