Took 5k installation. Doesn't matter if line is there or not, it's flat rate. No other ISP so either take it or leave it they don't care.
If you already have Railwire, BSNL is going to be similar. Same situation here too. It all depends on which OLT you're connected to. In my area BSNL is overloaded af so on 100 Mbps plan I get 25-30 Mbps during day and 120 Mbps during night.
One of my friends switched to Railwire and he's at least getting full 100 Mbps due to less number of users in his case but again the problems are still there (speedtest would show 100 but even whatsapp messages won't get delivered sometimes, etc.)
