Hello guys,
I have a weird problem on railwire., when my ONU is connected to my router, the internet works fine, today i connected my ONU to my laptop directly to see my optical levels, i was surprised to see its default gateway has been changed from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1. I then tried to login with the IP, and entered the default admin credentials, i was greeted by a TP-Link router homepage instead of my Syrotech onu page, i wondered that i have no TP-Link device in my home, i then viewed the DHCP clients page and i saw some 20 devices connected to it and also my laptop is one of them. I then tried to open google.com, then the ACT Fibernet selfcare portal opened!!!!!!!!!. when i tried to PPPoE dial up from my pc, it fails. then i restarted my onu, the syrotech login page worked fine, after few minutes, the page was not working. when i refreshed it, i again saw the ACT Portal., I have no Idea whats going on also my LCO is puzzled as well. What is the problem here? is it from my side or the Railwire's side?
