Unable to watch BBC world news on Jio set top box but it’s playing in my mobile JIO TV App

I recently ported from VI to Jio and am able to watch most TV channels preferable BBC ,CNN Int’l,etc on my JIO TV mobile iPhone app .Then I got the JIO Fiber 1 month trial but am unable to watch (BBC,CNN) on Jio set top box but it’s NOT playing in my mobile JIO TV App.So how do I watch these news channels .I tried everything!
