Vowifi also carries voice over data just like any VoIP. So what is the difference conceptually?jiocall is not wifi calling rather voip calling.
If you talking about that, that is a completely different technology. That is purely a VOIP rather than a Wifi calling and that wouldn't work on a 3G device as Jio checks the IMEI number of the device before configuring the service and to be honest you won't even get the 4G signal of Jio on a non 4G phone.Whatever... in early version of Jio4GVoice... we could make & receive call, even when the signal was zero, through WiFi..... So we were achieving the same....
