Make the following changes in your ONT and then try to ping the sip server from your pc/laptop.

Note- Do not block/blackout the sip server/proxy address.

I don't think that a static IP will be causing this issue because the sip connection uses VoIP/voice wan profile for passage and not internet wan profile. That is why we have added the VoIP gateway while creating a static route so that we can ping the sip server through that particular gateway only.

More details please!!

Change default gateway under voip wan profile to ipoe.Then try to ping sip server.

if it stll doesn't work, also change default gateway under internet wan profile.

Please, mention your sip server address.
also post images of both wan profiles and static route page after changing the settings.
