Without volte the phone will need to switch to 3g to receive calls.

After yesterday outage they fixed routing issue to Mumbai
It was around 200ms yesterday,now it is 70ms.
 
@ 4G to 2G problem now starts with me. When the phone is ideal that time 4G+with VoLTE but when I call any network (4Gvolte user and 2G user) network moved from 4G to 2G.
