It is even slow for me now, I don't know what the problem is to be honest, but everything is just slow now.
Edit:- It seems to be fixed rn for me, it went on for about 10 minutes, although it is kinda still hitching, but better than before.

RailWire has become super duper worst service provider...
Services seem to be back to normal as of now.
What is the PING that you are getting on Kolkata and Hyderabad servers?

53ms to Railtel Hyderabad, bandwidth little better than Kolkata server

80ms to DigitalOcean speed-test Server, full bandwidth (>90Mbps download only)

What is actually happening with RailWire? I mean why we are facing so high PING and top of that no new tariff plans are launching...
I am getting frequent messages from Railwire regarding internet backbone issues.
Also noticed fiber cabling work going on in my town recently. Maybe the internet backbone across the east-zone is being updated for more available bandwidth.

I'm from Bhubaneswar and I'm also facing High Ping issues since last 3-4 days...Ping to Kolkata Server is 45ms.
My LCO told me that we will be getting new updated Plans by March-April 2021.

I have no hope left with Railwire. After a number of back and forth calls/emails between the MSP, social team for 4 months. All the issues still exist and their statement are still the same- "Give us some time. We will get back to you with an update. We have escalated reported issues." And MSP- Touchstone Infra, he says we have done our part reported the issues. Now nothing is in our hand. We are giving you what we too are getting. "God bless the users."

Ya atm the East region is seemingly having many backbone issues, or that is what I think from the messages RailTel is sending.
Yeah, same issue.. It all started 6-7 days ago, when they changed the ip range of odisha region from 100.86.x.x to 100.103.x.x.. earlier i was getting 12ms to kolkata server..now 50+ always..I work on a remote machine..and it lags like crazy due to this issue..Hope they fix it soon
