DNS problem going on in Railwire Assam

Same here in Jaleswar, Odisha. Very high PING to Kolkata and Hyderabad servers.
 
Ping is normal, here in Jharkhand. Kolkata 7ms Hyderabad(Railtel) 30ms and Hyderabad(other servers) 50ms.
 
So it only seems like in Odisha they have changed the routing, but tbh I'm getting better pings to both Chennai and Mumbai (atleast when it works), Both Mumbai and Chennai get 24 ms (when everything is perfect and 24 to only RailTel Mumbai server because in everything else there is no direct routing to Mumbai hence the pings are in the high 50s) and the singapore pings are great too (around 50 - 55ms), NAT type also went from Strict to Moderate, but the speedtest latency and speeds are well, awful. The speeds in general also seem to be quite bad and peering isn't working.

If you don't mind me asking, what are the pings you are getting in Valorant? and the pings to RailTel chennai server?

In game ping fluctuates up to 50ms but average is 40ms. In the menu it's mostly 33ms.
