WoW thats a nice shot bro... So which broadband you are upto now? I too left RailWire and am on Opticom Broadband for 100 Mbps Unlimited RAW for just Rs 1150/- including TAX. I get PING around 1-2ms always on their server and I get 9ms on RailTel servers. I am lovin my new broadband connection from Opticom.
@shubash nagre, I got a connection from some local LCO, who is redistributing airtel connection. Man, I am jealous of your ping. 🙁
Man ask them to come in my area , there is a huge scope for them . There are many people who will be loving to have this broadband.

You are so lucky that you have an Airtel broadband connection in your area. We would love to get Airtel broadband in our town some day.
@subhash nagre , this is not exactly airtel broadband, Consider they have bought some bandwidth from airtel and they are selling it under their local name. The response is very good. Pages don't take ages to load like it used to do with rail wire
Then its the same with Opticom broadband as well. They use the Airtel bandwidth and are selling it under their local name - Optinet (Opticom broadband).
Airtel Xstream Fiber is now available in Guwahati. If you are from Guwahati you can opt for Airtel Broadband.
@shubash nagre , airtel is very very chosy these days. Even if it is available in your area but the fiber point is more than 1.5 Km from your home , they will deny the connection which I think is good as well as bad . Good because this given better internet experience , bad as you have to wait till they install a point within your area.
One thing that I have noticed in Airtel is that they prefer quality over quantity and they want their customers to enjoy the best of their broadband services unlike RailWire. Now a days even BSNL broadband has improved in terms of speed and less downtime.
Addition to this Airtel is now available in Patna and Guwahati but not in Bhubaneswar. I believe they don' t even want to enter the Odisha zone.
