So long story short, ive been trying to obtain Airtel fiber in Yari Rd, Mumbai since over 2.5 months now. They had fliers put up everywhere and still blatantly continue to do so, the society permission was provided over 2 months ago and since then i was told it would take a few days to get the wiring done, being the end of the year at the max a month , which seemed understandable. But been following up with the local rep who got the society permission and said he would coordinate for everything and get it done. i literally called him several times a day for the past 3 weeks and at most times he wouldn't even pickup my call, the times he did he would always promise by tomorrow things would be done but to no avail. I'm tired of this and thought of taking another approach
So i wrote a long firm and escalating email to the following email addresses -
appellate.mumbai@in.airtel.com,
appellate.west@in.airtel.com
with a CC to Trai - daca@trai.gov.in
This seemed like it would be a fruitful approach as replies were usually quick and resolution was promised in a few days. They promised to sort by 22nd Jan, it is over 5 days now and almost constant to and fro emails have led nowhere, i get the generic template promising resolution soon. i have no clue what the challenges are, where is it held up or what could i do to help . if there is anyone who could point me in the right direction or to the right person who could throw some light into the matter would be appreciated. Looking to move to Airtel soon.
P.s. feasibility test, wiring equipment etc was all approved and sanctioned by their head office is what im told, not getting any other info since then.
