I couldn't find the answer to this anywhere. So what is it? Do I need to surrender my current connection right now even though my plan is active? Or can they simply take my current router and install it at my new home, given that JioFiber is available there?
When I was getting mine installed and asked them about relocation, they said they do it for free. If you have the local guys' contact numbers, ask them.
