I recently got the BSNL Air Fibre connection and I have 50 Mbps speed plan but I am consistently getting 10Mbps speed. Not getting speed more than 10 Mbps. It's like it is somewhere capped at 10 Mbps.
I have checked ethernet cable and it is cat6 and it is fine.

Is it from the day you got it installed or you facing it after a few days ? Also mention Router you are using

Then the signal strength between your vendor's node and your node is not in the required bracket I guess. Do you have any metal objects or any trees in the line of sight of your CPE nodes ?

How high is the receiver installed from your roof ?

There can be a lot of reasons for this:

  1. What is your signal level and are the chains balanced?. If signal fluctuates in 80-89dbm range and chain imbalance is more than -5dBm you won't get speed.
  2. Which is your Wi-Fi router and what is the LAN speed FDX being shown in your CPE management page?. If it shows like 10mb/s FDX, you won't get more than 10mb/s. It should show either 100mb/s or 1Gb/s FDX.
  3. Is this a rural setup or urban?. Any other operators offering similar service?. Is there any noise interference?.
  4. Whether the LAN cable is properly crimped?. Can you share pictures of it on both ends?.
  5. Share pictures of your CPE and surrounding area.

there is one tree but I am getting the very good signal strength so I don't think so the tree is problem here.

@Sai
I have no idea about EIRP limit but the LAN cable speed between CPE to my TP-Link router is 100 Mbps FDX

there is one tree in near of CPE but getting the very good signal strength and i can see the tower from my eyes.

You will get a status page showing data like this. Please share signal level screenshot from it.

Can you do something like a Speedtest between BSNL node and your Node . Is there a option like that in Mikroktik ? That way we can clearly know if its the Node limiting your connection or BSNL just screwed up your configuration which is not surprising if that happens
