First, I want to thank @varkey for this ONT(HG8120C).

This configuration thread is mainly for Huawei ONT with TP-Link routers.

For configuring other ONT brands like DBC, Syrotech, Netlink and for more details you can view @sloj's thread -FTTH VOIP SIP Softphone configuration with ONT/ONU. (Now works on some more apps) | BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband

Configuration for Ont and Router

For configuring you need to get the following details from Bsnl/LCO.

  1. VLAN ID
  2. Username
  3. Password

  • For VOIP(static)
  1. VLAN ID
  2. IP Address
  3. Subnet Mask
  4. Default Gateway
  5. Primary DNS Server
  6. Secondary DNS Server

  • FOR SIP ACCOUNT
  1. Regist/Auth User Name- 91<stdcode><telphone number>

5. Enable SIP. ( Network Application - ALG Configuration)

6. To ping the sip server, we have to create a Static Route. ( Route - Static Route Configuration - Click on new )

Note- 1. Gateway is the same Default Gateway asked in Voip wan profile.

2. Do not enable Default Route.

Note - Those who have D-Link routers might have to disable sip in order ping the sip server- Why won’t my VoIP device work with my router?

9. Ping Sip server from your PC/Laptop.

Note - 403 error or one-way audio error mainly occurs when network is changed from wireless to wired or to another wireless network( Range Extender) or due to double nat. My connection is stable when I am not switching between wired/wireless networks. Do the following to solve it every time you switch network or when you encounter some errors.

Ya just searched. Unfortunately it loses QOS in AP mode. Thanks for messing with settings so far.

Sorry, my ONT does not have QoS feature.

I am using HG8120C in bridge mode & PPPoE authentication setup in archer C6. Voice configured directly in HG8120C , and telephone connected to this. With this setup , is it possible to route voice traffic to internet ?

I think it is not possible to route voice traffic because bridge mode only works when you bind a LAN port.
The moment you bind a LAN port to a WAN profile, then only that particular wan connection passes through that LAN port. And due to this, you will not be able to ping the SIp Server (which passes through voice wan profile). This case is only applicable when you are using TP-Link's stock firmware.

But if you are using a third-party firmware like OpenWRT for your router, then you can convert one of your router's LAN to work as a WAN port. After this, you can ping the sip server because you have 2 wan ports for connecting 2 different wan profiles/connections. For more information, you can ping @varkey because I think he is using Openwrt for his router.

Please help me.
I have Syrotech ONT with BSNL FTTH.
Steps done by me.
1. Created VOICE INTERNET profile DHCP using 1830vlan, so IoPE IP is UP and running. SIP mode enabled.
2.Done VOIP configuration also routing of sip. I can ping my sip from the command prompt in windows now. 0% loss.
3. Installed and able to login to in ZoIPER. able to receive call. BUT NO AUDIO at all. Configured android apps like GS wave, zoiper etc.. Able to make/recieve call.BUT NO AUDIO at all.

Please, share images of voice wan profile, internet wan profile, static route, routing table and also voip parameters.
Block/black out important information like serial number, tel no, bsnl username-password,etc
Use Imgur.com to upload pics here.

Is your ONT using the latest firmware?

Your routing seems to be wrong. Add Static route again like this-
Destination- 10.0.0.0
Subnet mast- 255.0.0.0
Gateway - Default gateway of voice-internet wan profile.

The routing table/ static route should look like this-
c5qMXCE.jpg

wQYWZPh.jpg

My routing is correct as per my sip regi address. that is 192.168.149.78 and yes I have used default gateway of voice internet profile. yes SIP is enabled. ROUTING is perfectly alright else I would not be able to ping my sip from laptop or mobile.

Followed everything, looked on various things, changed the combination of binding etc..... but the settings which I uploaded, with that only, I was able to ping SIP and further login and get/make call in zoiper/gs wave applications.
