ACT Fibernet with Linksys AC2200 (Velop/Mesh)

Hi,

I have Apple Airport TimeCapsule connected to ACT FiberNet. It's configured as DHCP mode for Internet. Now, I am trying to connect new Linksys Mesh Router AC2200 directly to ACT. It is not picking up Internet in DHCP mode. I did call ACT CC , they asked me to choose PPPoE mode on router config page. That is also not working .
I did check PPPoE with Apple Airport TimeCapsule and it is not working there too.

Any Suggestion? Did anyone setup Velop/Mesh router with ACT Fibernet.

The main modem/router provided by ACT should be put on Bridge mode and then PPPoE mode should be selected in Linksys AC200

Also share screenshots of both the router pages . That helps everyone in guiding you much better
