I came across the following article which claims that Airtel is providing a Wi-Fi router which is capable of delivering gigabit speeds over Wi-Fi along with their gigabit extreme fibre plan. However, there is no mention of the model of the router provided. Any clues?

@Rickysin so shd i make a complaint to airtel 198? No one came yet

Thanks for your feedback.

No, I have a different one, G-2425G-A. Yes, I have placed it in the passage area only. But still coverage is weak and also 5 Ghz gives issues in the room next door. May be will try bringing antennas further down and see.
If it is above the beam, signal will suffer. Make sure the antenna is below the beam. They should be around the door height.

I am facing a strange issue My router (Nokia G-2425) login page suddenly stops responding and the internet stops working. All devices including the router becomes non pingable . The only solution is to reboot the router and it starts working fine again. I have am using all the gigabit ethernet ports which are running to the different rooms and some devices are connected to the wifi directly as well. Any suggestions. I am guessing it is freezing due to a high cpu/memory load but have no way of validating this as I cant really check the system resource status.

My guess would be hardware failure or overheating components. Tell them to replace it. Make sure you can replicate the issue in front of the technician.
