So godi ji few days back tweeted we exported millions of vaccines to help the world. Now what will he tweet? We are importing them back? Because our own house is on fire

As per data from Cowin dashboard, total vaccinations on Tika Utsav, (date wise)
11 April - 24 Lakhs
12 April - 37 Lakhs
13 April - 25 Lakhs
14 April - 30 Lakhs

Highest inoculation achieved on 05 April, with 45 lakhs doses administered.

Dad got the second dose of covishield today. Got mild symptoms like body ache, as during fevers. Doctors said that's a good sign because the immune system could react to the antigen in the vaccine.

Apparently, in my town, they are only giving second doses, 200 shots daily due to supply crunch. (Population of my town is around 1 lac).

He had been registered for the first dose by the ECI and got the first dose 28 days ago. He has his polling duty on 28-29 April and decided to get the second shot as early as possible.

He just went to the nearby health centre and there was a register outside. He put his name and phone number there in the morning. After a couple of hours, his friend, who was waiting there gave him a call when the actual vaccination started. No registration, no app, no SMS, no certificate. (Everyone was following the same protocol and there was no differential approach for him being a poll official.)

He had got his certificate, SMS, etc during the first dose though.
