Can you post a screenshot of what you are saying.... If you can see, you cab definitely take a screenshot. I could not find Covishield 1st Dose 18-44 at any hour of the day.
And I am particularly asking for FREE category 18-44 1st dose.
There are so many people who cannot afford to spend for all members of family. If you come to any wholesale market say Chandni Chowk, you will find that the workforce is mainly driven by 18-44 and all of them can not afford to spend the amount.

I'll try @MadAxe , I said above to you ijsa, that you can get a vaccine easily now. Check telegram(online). I am not even talking about whole Delhi, but just south west(from whr I am) and there were about 5,280 free vaccines shots given(I am not including paid jabs here). Think abt it, 5.28k just for south Delhi. I am guessing it would be 20x the number for whole Delhi. Acc to GOI , Delhi has about 11Lakhs doses for now in stock. So Attaching screenshots for few(can't inc. all as it's a big list). This is a list only for FREE category of 18-44 1st dose. Doses were gives every hour of the day and even sometimes in the intervals of 30 mins... It is random though so need to keep an eye.
Even offline jabs are given free of cost (though there is optional paid option too at some centers but most about 80% are free jabs. Again, you need to grab them quick. Vaccine production is going strong but we all know production takes time and we are just cribbing on this whole issue of vaccines and GOI deserves credit here. All we can say now is that hopefully production goes on the same pace and we get most population vaccinated by the year end.

You should have earlier posted the name of the telegram group or a screenshot as above.
I was skeptical because I went to get someone vaccinated, Walk-in 45+, it was going to be the last batch of 10 people. They were waiting for 10 people... as it was getting late and because of some confusion they sent 9 people, so one dose was going to be wasted. There were 2-3 walk-ins of 18-44 but they did not allow.
And moreover I could not ever find 18-44 1st dose at any hour.
so rather than searching the cowin portal just join the telegram group of the area you are looking...

following haryana CM's suggestion. why waste all the stock on a single day when u can spread it over a month...maybe more.

If you chk the group, 1st dose was/is available many times a hour... 2nd dose is what is in low quantity lol however the demand for 2nd dose prolly is very low...
well u can search cowin portal too, but it will be random hit and miss bcoz people might book before you and time window though can give you chances many a times but still it's random luck. Just join the group (even multiple I joined 3 grounds near my area to be sure I get the vaccine but even 1 group joining is sufficient enough). Once u get the notification(make sure u see the cost is free of paid, usually it is free), then jump on cowin and fastly schedule it by sorting to free/18 and selecte slot, time, captcha (which they have removed for good lol) and done!).

why closed? and if closed then why even a number? and if closed why? there wasn't a public holiday was there?...
I am guessing the when the sms comes, that's when the cowin portal acknowledges the vaccines given. My friend got vaccinated 2 days back at around 10AM and he got the SMS the next day from cowin and got a feedback call from MOHFW after 2 days..
While we are discussing this, do we even know how many vaccines are available to each states? May be MP ran out of stock?? is there transparency on the stock? can't see it in cowin dashboard..
Still ~54L today is good considering shortage in vaccine production..
This fight will prolly continue coz of shortage of vaccines... BJP will claim victory for 3-4 days in a month and then opposition will claim victory for the 25-26 days a month by saying no vaccines!!! lol fun to watch
Now some slots are seen available on cowin portal too, but generally 1 slot...
Personally, I am waiting for Sputnik....
