Solution
You will loose the incoming within 7-14 days of non-recharge. Incoming means both calls and SMS. You won't even receive a single SMS too. As per TRAI rules, your number may be permanently deactivated within 90 days but again, that depends on circle to circle.

Solution
Better recharge with Rs.19 validity voucher(that gives 2 days unlimited call with some data) bimonthly.

As per trai rule, operator CAN deactivate your no. if not used for 90 days straight without any recharge but it is Upto operator choice to keep it active. Jio is keeping it active for 2 yrs atleast without any usage or recharge . One of the Airtel no. I am having in Delhi not used or recharged for 1 yr now is still working
