Youtube mobile app feed randomly not loading - Hathway connection

Is anyone having issues with Hathway, the youtube mobile application (IOS / Android) does not load the feeds randomly. It gets fixed on its own sometimes. Sometimes turning off Wifi and Youtube loads find with Cellular data, post which turning on Wifi again loads the app properly. It is happening frequently over the past 2 to 3 months.

Any suggestions? I have already reduced the MTU to 1462 and tried changing the DNS. This does not help.

Youtube works fine with my cellular data and Airtel broadband. The issue seems to be with Hathway connection only.

Now that you mention this, Yes, I am facing this as well. I'm on Hathway. I thought it was because of my router.

Yes. I have the same issue. I tried calling the customer care regarding this issue. They lied to me by saying that its Youtube global issue and not with hathway. But I am pretty sure Hathway has problem with Youtube mobile app.

Hathway uses Jio backend right ?

I got a 150 mbps connection yesterday. The internet is very unstable even Whatsapp doesn't work sometimes. In Speedtest I'm getting around 170-180 mbps. But the connection is not stable. YouTube buffers randomly. Also I can't play PUBG. It shows 20ms ping but actually it is 20000000 ms.

Yeah. Trace to google goes via Jio - 136.232.29.73.static.jio.com [136.232.29.73]

During times when youtube is unable to load the feeds, it works fine once I am connected to a VPN. Looks like Hathway is blocking something randomly.
