Excitel Fiber Basic ONT Firmware Support for 300mbps speeds

@vjkapoor1609 I have already written model numbers - Uniway UW-101 and Optilink OP-EONU-95OO1Z.

and here is the User Interface of Ethernet showing 1000Mbps Full-Duplex Negotiation. I have always used Cat 5e or 6 cables.

I am not sure it has been more than 2 weeks since I upgraded to excitel fiber from 100Mbps real-time plan, but never able to get a download speed of more than 140 Mbps although my.excitel page showing 300 Mbps seed. But I am consistently getting an upload speed of 300 Mbps. I am using GX-1000 ONU. I spoke the customer care and they checked the speed with ONU and assigned a ticket to the fiber team. And still, it has been 10 days no update till today.
Does anyone face a similar issue?

dumb onu is capable of giving 700+Mbps . issue is probably in your ftth line or from lco.

what's the speed on fast.com?

Ftth line, Does excitel provide upload and download separate link to OLT ?
Also, speed I am getting around 120-150 Mbps for download and whereas upload looks around 280 - 320 Mbps at fast.com/speed test/

Can anyone please tell me what is the basic configuration connecting from ONU (EPON) to Router?
Are you guys connecting ONU in bridge mode to Router where on the router side we are creating the PPOE connection?

in simple terms, excitel has two options. either you get a basic device where you use your own router to do pppoe connection or you take their wifi device that takes care of pppoe connection.
