@mikrotik if this issue keeps nagging you, opt for Airtel since you mentioned they have already deployed fiber in your area.

Yea that's the plan. This freaking service gets down during my working hours. Have paid for it till may this year. But will get airtel as soon as it gets live here.

Got a reply from jio though. Had sent to their email and added the appellate in cc. Must've helped.

Is there an alternate complaint number for jio 4G?

I'm downloading a torrent at 2kBps right now.

Yeah so facing another issue with Jio since yesterday and complained via their chat. Got a complaint number but no follow ups and nobody has visited yet.

Do these guys have a call center number I can rant on?
