Yea that's the plan. This freaking service gets down during my working hours. Have paid for it till may this year. But will get airtel as soon as it gets live here.
Yeah so it finally happened, Jio Fiber went down. And not surprisingly I am unable to get through to their customer care, nor do they reply on twitter. Dropped a mail though.
Yeah so facing another issue with Jio since yesterday and complained via their chat. Got a complaint number but no follow ups and nobody has visited yet.
Do these guys have a call center number I can rant on?
