Airtel VoWifi unstable

My Airtel VoWiFi has become very unstable these days. If drops off in the middle of the conversation. Initially I thought it might be due to my internet service provider, but changing that has not helped.

Anybody else facing this problem on Airtel network?

Dns changes also makes difference.

Same here... Vowifi is very unstable.
Not only that, speech packets drops when calling on vowifi.
I disconnect my wifi to ensure speech is clear.
@igloo could you please elaborate? Should we change our dns?

Airtel Vofi has always been unstable. Had to disable it in phone settings.

for me airtel switches to 2g when I turn on vowifi. To get 4g I have to toggle airplane mode so if wifi signal drops between call voice become unclear.

yes since 2-3 days sometimes whenever i make outgoing calls with vowifi i hear the number u have dialled is currently busy but actually call receiver person is not busy

I set my connection to 3G and now Vowifi has become stable. So it seems the issue is that 4G is pretty spotty inside the home due to which the phone loses the signal. Vowifi on Airtel requires that the phone is connected to the cell tower all the time.
