create a report on the self-care portal. Here is an option of no recharge option found. Select it and create a ticket. Hope your problem is solved.

You need to inform your LCO regarding it...They will have to update that from their end...I too had the same issue while i took a new Railwire connection 1 month back. Now they have enabled my "Online Recharge" option.

@Socio yes. you should contact your ANP. they will enable it. no issue.
