@happybanana it's morning now are you still having trouble accessing ibf and other sites?
I still am ._.
Yeah, still unable to access without VPN. Got a call asking what the exact problem was. He admitted to there being some issues yesterday evening and night but said that it had been resolved. I told him that it was not the case from my side. He said he would be calling again soon.

EDIT - engineer confirmed that this is a Jaipur wide issue and they are looking into it. 🙄

Same boat as you! 😛
I switched from ACT 19 days ago. Their service was top notch but their refusal to change plans made me switch. This is the second time I am facing such an issue since installation.
I guess all we can do is wait and hopefully, it resolves by day end.

Same issue for me in Greater Noida as well. Getting only around 30-45mbps on 100mbps plan.

There are some issues in my Copper Vdsl connection in jaipur also in opening some sites and youtube but now it seems fixed. Are there any downtime in airtel FTTH connection as these are hanged overhead in electric poles in many places and whereas old copper cables are undergrounded of airtel. In my nearby areas I see Fiber cables cut down and laid on roads regularly. Here Fiber cables over hanged on poles and prone to damage whereas old copper cable are ungrounded and less prone to damage. It is beneficial to upgrade to Airtel fiber from vdsl copper as airtel fiber are overhanged and prone to damage and cut.
