Sites open after 2-3 seconds?

I am on Windows 10 and airtel 200mbps connection. But most of the sites take 2-3 seconds to open (firefox & chrome). Why is that? Cant I do something to make them open in less than 1 second? By the way, Google.com opens in 1 second.

which router is now given by airtel, and in free installation do we have to pay for router??

Everything free including dual band gigabit router. currently they have Nokia g2425g-a router in stock.

I was having problem with my airtel fiber connection, many sites stopped loading completely randomly, a proper VPN did solve the issue but not stable enough
I was planning to abandon my old connection but considering I can have multiple public IP address and multiple separated connections using bridge mode, it's hard to abandon it, it's pretty useful for home server purposes.
Each connected device can have its own separate connection and public IP address limited by the gigabit port.
