when i try to change my plan from online portal , from old plan to fiber basic, i get this

do i need to go to the local bsnl office for changing the plan or its showing this coz the fiber basic isnt available in my area.

if it shows up it should be available at your location. You can try tweeting to BSNL, they might help.

i asked them, looks like 449 is only avaialble to new customers that too only for 6 months.

You should try fiber basic plus plan, it's available for old as well as new customers.
