Understanding LCO Excitel plans in Lucknow

My LCO changed backend from Tachyon to Excitel and signed me up (without my asking) for the following plan for Rs 999/month,




The website mentions that with Rs 999/month I should be on 300MBPS




The myexcitel webpage shows the following option available to me.



Interesting Rs 995 plan is for 100 MBPS only which is lower than what i was given




Anybody know the technical difference between Reeltime and FirstFiber plans?

reeltime plans are for copper lines. 50-75-100Mbps speed.
fiber are ftth plans - 100-200-300Mbps

My plan "Reeltime KNP 200 1000" is an FTTH plan with 200Mbps speed.

@rajil.s if u are on excitel fiber, why only reeltime plans are shown in ur screen shot when u select to recharge. Are fiber plans also there in that list?
