It's showing up for me as well, I'm currently on Fibre Premium.

It is still the same old plans. But since today afternoon the LOS red light keeps blinking and there's no internet too. Don't know what's happening. Anyways I've registered a complaint.

@thehawk Don't know bro. But one thing I found that the order of the plans in that list is changing every time I login today. This is the first time I'm seeing such thing. But there's no info about the new plan in any page. Anyways I'm still hoping to see that new plan 😐
 
@neonbulb You can narrow it down by choosing Combo plans on the sidebar. It's probably slowly rolling out to everyone.
 

@Adithya Yes, I've tried everything. And yes I think it's rolling out to all (very) slowly.

EDIT: And at last, it's now showing in my portal 🤩🤩. Only now the internet got connected with it.

And yes 599 plan is showing for me as well(Karnataka) and I have submitted a request to change from superstar 300 plan to basic plus plan. Received email as well as msg from Bsnl as changes may take 2 or 3 working days. Hoping for the best🤞.. I think this plan is nice move from Bsnl.
 
so i finally got my selfcareportal working (started receiving otp during signup process) i feel they just needed time, for what its worth it looks like they need time till the second bill is issued to get everything setup in selfcare to even sign up

however after sign up i can't view any other plans it only shows my existing one in the plans field section in two places on the website2.jpg1.jpg

Looks like another month of waiting time to get this resolved , anyone from kollam region got access to the 3.3 tb fiber basic plan ?
 
@Massivesiege Fiber Basic is only for Trivandrum and Ernakulam SSAs. You can opt for Fiber Basic Plus. Where are you trying to change the plans btw?

Login> Click your account number> Left Sidebar 'Modify Services' > Change of tariff plan > tick the box, on services, select Bharat Fiber BB > Choose your current plan and click next. Then you'll be able to see the plans.

I just figured it out couple of minutes ago. feel rather stupid about it now, i am going to apply for a change to the fiber basic plus, did your request go through alright ?
