yes it does support CA but dont know if its 2CA or 3CA waiting for a friend to get the phone and test it out

Vodafone had earlier stated that Most of the revenue (I think around 85%) comes from the top 10 circles. That doesn't mean that other circle don't need to be focused on but considering the cash crunch, they cannot afford to put any money in Circle C group which includes Bihar & Jharkhand. The spectrum price is lower in circle C but operational costs still remain.

So circle C folks should hold their breath for any improvement for a while. The networks in my circle are garbage and it's a real pain the butt to find a operator that works everywhere. Thank God for Airtel Xstream otherwise Vodafone B41 or Jio B5 was the only savior here. Airtel is garbage in my city for here and they don't put any efforts in improving the network.

Another issue is my mother's work place where Jio and Vodafone are dead and only Airtel works albeit slowly. It's only 7 KMs outside the city and this is the condition when she needs the internet for online classes.

@sng_shivang yes the focus on these circles should go up especially for Vi, airtel seems to do well in Jharkhand At least. While Vi is having a lot of customers in these kinda circles they must focus on improving their network like tier 1 circles where everything is actually good, Routing, Latency, Browsing you name it,

@sng_shivang can,t they(VF) even atleast start Volte in all circles? How much money that will take?and BTW Do you see any circle in india where airtel and jio don,t have volte?Do you see any circle in india where jio and airtel don,t have Deployed b40?And BTW idea had enabled atleast volte pan india then why VF can,t atleast launch volte pan india.

@sng_shivang it's not about money only.BH and JH circle is infact giving good revenue to Vi.you can check the stats of revenue per circle.I agree other circles like odissa,Assam,NE they have very less revenue so they ignore them but ignoring BH and JH makes no sense atleast at present revenue.

@iamaap how to check supported CA and which software to check current network available CA status? Your screenshot belongs to which app?

you can check supported CA combos of your phone on cacombos website, there are many apps line network signal guru and Cellular Z pro shows the CA info of the connected network. these apps require root access and qualcom chipset, on samsung phones, dial *#0011# to check current CA information

hi

I have iPhone xr with a dual sim of vodafone and jio. I am based in mumbai. Since few weeks am finding that that when i use jio as a data source the mobile calls for vodafone get affected and people are unable to reach me. If i switch data to vodafone the calls become normal.

has any one had the same kind of issues?

Actually everyone has this perception about Vi that its a shitty network, Every where u go you hear it's a shitty network, media is always blaming Vi, loosing that loosing this, i was an airtel/Jio user while they where both giving 1mbps during peak hours i had thought Vi would be even worse, then i tried Vi before integration it was usable but after the integration it just got crazy, i had only B3 10Mhz while it became 20Mhz and Got all 5 bands on my serving site, B3 20Mhz, B8 10Mhz, B1 10Mhz, B40 10Mhz, B41 20Mhz, everything was being upgraded, still sites are being upgraded while airtel/Jio has remained the same till today 1mbps during peak hours, while Vi is giving almost 30mbps during peak hours with 1+3+8 CA, Now Vi's network is good in those top Circles like Mumbai,MP, Kerala,WB, Gujarat etc
I'm in Chennai and I was using Airtel 999 family plan until recently. Had poor signal in my area and barely had 1 or two bars with speeds barely touching 1 mbps at home and just over in the city. Was one the fence but decided to take the plunge and ported to Vi. The experience is top notch. I'm now having full signal at home and speeds are over 30 Mbps. Honestly have no idea why such a difference in signal strength between the two but the recent efforts by Vi seem to be paying off..
