New Railwire Plans for Assam

Please check with your local railwire operator if this plan is available in Odisha. Plans we have on offer in Chennai are :

499 - 50 Mbps 500 GB
799 - 100 Mbps 1000 GB
1999 - 200 Mbps 1000 GB
 
I asked my LCO few months back and he said there were no new plans. I will ask him again now. Sadly I just recharged my account on 17 Feb so will have to wait.
 
Hahaha. Nice tariff plans from RailWire. Can anyone get me those plans? My LCO says there are no new plans and I still pay Rs 945 for 50 Mbps till 200 GB and then 1 Mbps thereafter.
 
This happened for me also, my LCO didnt gave me the plans but i contacted the CC and confirmed with them that the new plans are available for me or not and then asked my friend about the plans and then showed my LCO about the plans screenshots and he finally changed my plan., a long hustle though!
 
The problem lies with Railwire itself. They have good plans but those never appear in the official website. How is the customer supposed to know that there is a better plan available?

That is because they want to maximize the profits. One of the LCOs shared the mail he had received. The mail asked him to sell old(costly) plans to users unless there is a competition due to other ISPs. This is why they don't update the new plans on their website.
