New Railwire Plans for Assam

Woah, that is actually a very great news, Thanks for this one. I hope everything gets resolved and we actually get competitive plans, our city here is pretty bad when it comes to connectivity. I hope it will all be escalated soon.
 
But could you please tell me what is the PING that you are getting now in Kolkata and Hyderabad server.
 
i'm currently on 999 100mbps, 300GB plan. I live in old town region.

Also as you told me, I tried to get the details of my LCO from the RailWire CC number, but was unable to because they just wouldn't pick up my call.
So what to do next?
 
Got a call from the Railwire team last week saying two new plans have been introduced. I took this plan :

Plan : FUP50Mbps-2Mbps 500GB
Plan fee 588.82 including taxes

there was one more plan for 100 Mbps with 1000 GB limit. I'm a light user so went for the 500 GB plan

This is for Chennai and these plans are not available in the website. Was told it's a festival offer plan.
