Well I took RailWire just because they are the only one here with FTTH, and now that I have gaming IP, i kinda regret asking for it, because I mainly play Valorant and ping went from 32 - 38 (Mumbai) to 55 - 60 (Mumbai), 60 - 65 (Singapore 1) to 70 - 75 (Singapore 1) but NAT type went from Strict to Moderate and CSGO pings have reduced drastically, speeds are more or less the same but pings do feel a bit more consistent.I believe RailWire only targets the area where people with no broadband facilities lives i.e. small villages or small towns.
I think I will try out gaming IP for a few days, if not satisfied i will revert back.
