IPv6 transition timelines by DoT (Feb 2020)

It says all new wired connections after December 2020 should be capable of carrying IPv6 traffic.

Edit: There was a similar guideline in May 2016:
‘All new retail wireline customer connections provided by Service Providers on or after 01-01-2017 shall be capable of carrying IPv6 traffic either on dual stack or on native IPv6’.
