my speed drops randomly during any time of the day (not fixed) to 5-10 kBps for 2-3 hours , normally it gives (10-20)/8 mBps, is it due to some apn settings or what I dont understand any one else facing same issue?

Maybe because of your surrounding users they downloading stuff or something if its occuring everyday at fixed time periods or happening too much it maybe something else
It is happening at completely random times of the day today 9am to 10 am yesterday it was 7pm to 9pm completely random
its maybe due to congestion probably someone or many people maybe downloading something consuming too much bandwidth usually the sites backhaul is shared so possibility is endless
