I know this is gov work so I am trying to be cautious and there is no option to pay online for goa so will have to pay them directly.

Contact the number on the railwire website and ask them that you want a new connection, and tell them the plan discrepancies.

@yr_1009 I contacted 1800-103-9139 and they gave me a goa branch number and I called them a few times then finally went to their office. They said new plans haven't started which are there on their website since 2 months and I wonder why even the old plans are not the same. I thought I will just get the 5mbps 530rs plan right now and then change plan/ pay directly through the website portal but goa is not mentioned on it so I guess they won't provide username to me. (I am guessing the username is PPPOE one?)

Try emailing them and get them in writing, If they provide pppoe username then I think.you can do online payment on the portal, but I'll guess that they won't provide it. The plans are too costly imo, check if you have any other isp available in your area. And generally the plans mentioned on the website are old one's but in your case its opposite.

PPPoE username can be found on the router. Password is the hard part. On some routers, you can inspect element PPPoE password field to a regular text field and see the password that way.

@yr_1009 @JB701
other isps are just plain rip off that if people find out about these railwire plans , they will switch in no time if they are what's on the website. Goa is missing from the payment portal mate and thanks for the advice, I will verify these plans from email.
