I am planning to get a backup broadband for my home because of my work needs. I already have Jio fiber and was looking for options. I have 2 options here
1. Excitel Copper
2. Ultranet fiber.

My experience with excitel copper has been very bad so I am looking for ultranet reviews.
 
I'm not on UltraNet but they seem to be partnered with in2cable/one broadband. Here is a traceroute of an Ultranet IP from Tripleplay:

Looking for how the uptime is and how is the support? Any packet loss issues?
 
One of my known had option for ultranet and perfect internet at noida. He opted for perfect internet and happy coz they do resolve complaints quickly at least where he lives. In ur case its better to go for fiber, rest like all other small isps it depends how local partner is managing network. Opt for monthly plan initially.
 
So we still don't have a review for ultranet yet. Will wait for another day before making my move.
 
Actually i didn't take the plunge. I got information that airtel is going to start laying fiber in my area but it turned out even their network laying team is lying. So have put the decision on hold for now.
