192.168.31.1 is my personal router. I need to find the genexis routers ip, it was 192.168.1.1 before bridging. I dont think it has any ip now, I tried connecting to it via lan,
Cannot be, every device will have an IP. Its just that it snot routing on private IP.
Change your laptop IP manually to 192.168.1.5 and connect directly to the Genexis FE port using LAN cable. Then use 192.168.1.1 in browser to access the page.
Can you share the complete page (or the IPv6 option area) for both screenshots, it has options below which got cut off. Also the Statu page->Net Info and IPv6 connection area. Just checking on the IPv6 if it got assigned to you.
No, ipv6 is not configured. I cant access the router page now, it kept auto redirecting me to login to access internet. couldnt load genexis page after. anyway my issue is not firmware. Their routing is faulty maybe just in my area because newly setup node. Only getting locally available servers at full speeds. More calls to their nodal officer for me I guess.
Do you guys get full speeds to these servers? Mult Thread speed
edit: Just realized I was testing multi thread before, single thread speed is low on all servers. Single Thread
@irongiant91 I am getting full speeds on all servers, as for single thread test, its capped at 30 mbps for me.. Overall I don't face any issues latency and speed wise with asianet

Call the support hotline ask ask them to refresh as you are not getting the plan speed. The agent can initiate the command themselves and if you are online, you will feel a small blip in the connection. But once it comes back it should provide you with the subscribed plan speed. Test speed with Fast.com.
If this doesnt work, escalate, but am confident it will.
There is no point testing on fast.com, netflix open connect with asianet serves content directly through nearest and fastest servers.
My issue is when accessing content from outside sites that dont serve from nearby servers. They said they were still checking, have to follow up tomorrow.
