Paytm to launch credit cards with daily cashback rewards

Paytm aims to offer an all-round digital experience with its credit cards from the application process to customer support.

Paytm today announced it will launch credit cards with cashback offers and offer an all-round digital experience.

Paytm credit cards will come with features such as instant one-touch services for charging the security pin number, updating the address, blocking the card, issuing a new card, and viewing the outstanding credit-limit as well. Users will also have easy access to features such as switching off contactless payments or international payments on the credit card. Paytm will also provide spending tips for users based on their usage.

I guess on loading from this they will say its free to load atleast initially - Maybe try & get some of the Paytm users to go for this card.

Paytm did launch a Credit card as well before in partnership with Citibank. Not sure if they are still offering it.

Oh so that would be a brand card where citibank was the actual bank. Here they are themselves the bank.

Paytm First Credit Card

Looks like Citibank is still in offer.

I guess here they will be more involved in the risks/rewards. Citibank gives statement credit - Here they will probably give Paytm cashback etc.
