HELP : Does DBC Xpon-ONU-4D-1V-W-Az support railwire

I have a DBC Xpon-ONU-4D-1V-W-Az ont. I tried connecting it with railwire. But all it says is Authentication failure. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be helpful.

You have to enter your EPON/GPON SN and password from your old ONU to the one.

Also, if your LCO has enabled ONU MAC filter on the OLT, you'll have to ask him to whitelist your new ONU PON MAC on the OLT.

@manojkumar5251 Check if you can login to your railwire account using the details which you are using to connect to the internet. Also, you can have different passwords for the internet login and account login, so try to reset.
