Speed throttling of Microsoft Teams on Railwire Broadband

Railwire has a serious issue only on windows TCP, I have been facing this issue since I get the connection (3 months). They have throttled uploading speed to 3 MBPS regardless of the plan you have. On the same network, Android phones or Linux systems get full uploading speed but windows wouldn't. Also, the Okla speed test shows full speed but in reality, that speed is throttled for every server except Google Drive.

I also tried to make the Customer Rep understand what's the issue, I just felt really bad that after spending millions of dollars on Infrastructure, Railwire couldn't hire a bunch of good technical guys. They are morons and I wonder who hired them. They give suggestions to use the only to download. What on earth Railwire thinking to expand service throughout Pan India, are we gonna get another BSNL? I believe even BSNL was far better as they had few tech guys around in the parking shelf.

I am thinking to make a complete video on the issue and send it to their someone at headquarter (Reginal manager)or someone who might see.

No bro, that's not a window 10 issue here. I have tested on window 7 as well. Also the same railwire ISP provide full 100 MBPS uploading speed when I share my Mobile wifi to PC via proxy server. But when you gonna directly to Railwire from windows boom, only 2-3 MBPS. Its Railwire issue as on the same Laptop I have used Exitel & Airtel Xtreme (New delhi) and had no issues. When I came to Jharakhand (East zone), Railwire sucks.

@WandereR If you talk about the actual uploading speed for FTP is like 300-400 KBPS (3MPBS/8) I think you also getting the same as the whole region has same issue.

The saddest part, there is no damn option for another good ISP here. Jharkhand Bihar is the actual real 3rd world country in India. 😛

On torrents.. it is not confirmed that upload will be good.. It depends on the availability.. and if seeds better than u r only available.. Upload speed might be 10kbps.. without any problems..

Like I have uploaded some torrent at 2x speed of my plan. And sometimes with 10kbps.. it doesn't matter on torrents

39655 is my qBittorrent port and the IP is my PC's IP. As I mentioned earlier in one of my posts, there is no issue with upload speed on Linux, I get full 100Mbps, but it is only on windows that it's capped.

Can anyone explain me the below Railwire Plans ? We get this in Odisha . . .

2-20Mbps-----Rs.500/- (GST excluded)-----20 GB-----No fallback
2-50Mbps-----Rs.799/- (GST excluded)-----200 GB-----No fallback
We get 20 Mbps Unlimited for Rs 707/- (Including GST) and
50 Mbps Unlimited for Rs 943/- (Including GST) in Odisha circle.

Nordo Modi speaks about digitalization and in TIER III and IV towns and cities, we never have a stable ISP and speed does n' t go more than 20 Mbps so how India is becoming digitalization. In China, we if take for an account the government helps the ISP to expand as much as they can and cover the entire country. The more they cover up the remote areas they get additional bonus and tax cut from the government's end but that is totally opposite in here.

@dgtarun I don't think Modi can help this. My city has JioFiber and other ISPs but when I opted for Railwire, some were charging high installation fee and others were not serviceable at my place. But I expect JioFiber to be available here soon.
