any suggestion on how to watch mtv without 999 subscription on jio set top

there is no way to install third party apps now as jio has blocked everything after their recent update in set top box.which cable r u taking?will 999 plan be expensive?given all news channels are free and zee 5 and Hotstar subscription is working in 399 plan

@lucifer why is it that in my tv Hotstar live channels like star plus,utsav appears to be cropped and not in full screen?especially these channels?do u also have this in ur tv?i changed the zoom options in tv but it doesnt occupy all my screen.guess hotstar doesnt provide live channels of those..it can only be done by cable operator

it appears in especially shows like star plus or utsav live TV.i Configured using my TV full screen and zoom but it some screen is left ..doesnt cover full screen

@Siddharth070999 There is an option called 'Overscan' in the STB settings. That is used to set the picture as per the TV screen size. You can try if that helps.

i see my tv screen as 4:3.i guess that is the problem i dont know but how come other news live channels are in full screen but not star utsav in full screen

@Gaurav if u activate voot in ur tv and then watch mtv from jio tv+.it does open..try thaat.activate it using registered number.
