Railwire status in Assam

Since, I haven't seen a thread to ask this, so I made one. Nothing is loading for me. I have seen a few people from Assam here who uses railwire so I thought we can share the status to see if its down or slow for everybody.

It's slow but your seems to be unusable. Ours are decent till Kolkata server but beyond that it sucks.

I did got a text after making this thread that there has been some backbone issues. It's still not fixed yet so I am waiting.

Ya its up now.
Btw, I want to discuss throttling issues. I am from assam and I have a 3000gb 300mbps fup plan.
Last month, i.e September 2020, I did a speed test on fast.com every day and the speeds I got were 6-10 mbps during the day and 20-25 mbps late after midnight. While speedtest by ookla was showing about 100 mbps.
Now, Since 1st October, My fast.com and ookla speeds are exactly capped at 70 mbps. Exactly, not 1 mbps more or less. I reported this to my LCO and he said he has a fight with their NCO and said that railwire wont be able to provide me with 300mbps speeds in assam.
Now, that's ok, but the other people who are using railwire in my area(we have a whatsapp group) are getting 100 mbps speeds on a 100 mbps plan. I don't understand why I am capped at 70mbps.
And, one more point is that from 1st to 7th October it was 80mbps capped exactly. Since 8th till today it's 70.
 
I'm getting 10-20Mbps download on Kolkata server for my 100Mbps plan.
 

It's back up on mine to 50mbps after I posted this and submitted a ticket. They haven't replied to the query but that's fine as long as the internet is back.
