WiFi problem.. plz help

Hi frenz.. i got Buffalo wifi router WHR- G125 from market. I connected ethernet cable from bsnl ADSL2 modem UT300R2U into wifi router. now i configured both modems by putting my username & password in them. i can connect to internet through wifi easily. plz tell me.. if i connect my laptop through wifi & desktop through lan ( buffalo router has 4 lan ports) via router..den will i be able to use net on both at the same time..?
