Funnily enough, this is actually taken verbatim from the GDPR and is what constitutes "Sensitive Personal Data".

Isn’t https layer 4 TCP traffic but DPI layer 7
How does sending RST for blocked websites https traffic classify them using DPI?
 
@panks21 Honestly I could barely understand that article or what you just said. I saw this article posted on HN a few weeks ago and I remembered it when he said DPI. Me noob.
 
And thats why ladies and gentlemen, I ditched Airtel 😂😂😂 (Actually the network is too costly anyways soo)
 
The only difference between Airtel and others is that Airtel, one of the largest telecom providers in India is explicitly saying so in their privacy policy.

Well, that is interesting. Hoping it stays that way, unless they start doing what they inadvertently stated they would in the policy only without mentioning it explicitly in the policy this time.

Bharti Airtel has said it does not collect personal information of its customers and said it was a “clerical error” which led to some content being put briefly on its website which raised concerns over data privacy among some subscribers.

Totally believable that a clerk was like why are we collecting so less data? Let me add sexual orientation, political beliefs etc to it as well.
