I used to have issues with the above ONT for the years (ref: Issue with connecting to GPON ONT(1GE Secure ONT)(V2801SG) – NETLINK | BSNL Bharat Fiber ) . My router was a basic miwifi 3c which didn't have VLAN options, so I could not change the ONT to bridge mode. On checking IBF now, I found out the link to download firmwares in there thread Firmwares for BSNL Bharat Fiber ONT/ONU/OLT | BSNL Bharat Fiber thanks to @sloj . But upon checking the stupid marquee links there were no links for my vendors firmware. However I was able to find out that Digisol also sold the same modem under the name "DG-GR6010". The version under it was V6.0.4 while mine was 6.0.1. I was ecstatic, however there were two versions for EPON/GPON. I also found out that Optilink's OP-XONT71000 was V2801G and it came with a txt file.

Code:
XONT-71000_16M_0409_BSNL upgrade process:

Please follow the below instructions:

- Open ONT with IP 192.168.10.1 on browser.
- 1st upgrade : op_bsnl_v2801s_upgradeE (kindly wait 3-4 minutes till complete upgradation)
- 2nd upgrade : op_bsnl_v2801s_upgradeG (kindly wait 3-4 minutes till complete upgradation)

After successfull upgradation of both the files RESTORE ONT to DEFAULT.

Based on this I decided I would flash both DIGISOL firmware one after other. After flashing the first EPON firmware I was stuck at the login screen and my admin password did not work. Thanks to google and @Elavarasan I found out a bunch of passwords that I could try. Thankfully stdONU101 worked. I followed up with flashing the second GPON file, reset the modem and then finally added my bsnl ftth sid password again. I am happy to announce that I an now running digisol firmware on my Netlink router without any issues.

After reading your post, I too became ecstatic and flashed the Digisol DG-GR6010 GPON firmware on my Netlink V2801SG and it was successful 😅👍
But I don't see any visible changes in the WEB UI or settings, except for the huge DIGISOL logo on top 😛

Yeah, I too haven't found any changes with the UI. I just wanted an updated firmware since I was getting issues with the old one.

Yeah, those guys are too lazy to support the 2801S E/G. Thankfully we have Digisol and Optilink who sell the same stuff.

Also, I am happy to report that I haven't had any connectivity issues till now. (I don't turn off my routers and modems during the night.)

It worked for me as well after the upgradation although I did not test it extensively. And I did not have any connectivity issues with my old unit.
I just wanted to try out the Digisol firmware and void my warranty 😛

hi can you help me to get me a fw of Netlink hg323dac i updated my fw from official site of netlink now my onu is rebooting always and i cant find the fw to downgrade there are may company which sells the same onu so i think i would be possible to update the fw but i am unable to find the file

There are multiple firmware versions for HG323DAC available on Netlink website. Are you sure that you downloaded the right one?

Anyway, try resetting the device and see if it helps. Else try updating again with the version: "NETLINK HG323DAC Dual Band onu firmware version for all model" shown on the Netlink firmware download page, assuming that this isn't the firmware version that caused the problem.

Yes i updated with the ver for all model it is not stable this was my older version iam unable to find this version anywhere

Sunday update:
I'm very satisfied with the new firmware and I haven't had any issues until now. If you're stuck with Netlink's default V6.0.1, I recommend everyone to update to the Digisol firmware.

I'll update this thread again in a week.
